30-Day Unconditional Return/Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return products within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping). Our OsteOrganiCAL product is a dietary calcium supplement that aims to "supplement" the calcium that most people don't get from their daily meals. If no improvement is presented after one year, we promise a full refund.
Exceptions include:
- Prescription drugs: Certain medications may impact bone density.
- Bisphosphonate drug use within six months: This may affect bone-building ability.
- Early post-menopause: Rapid changes in bone density during this time may override product benefits.
A baseline DEXA scan must be taken within 30 days before purchase, with a follow-up scan up to one (1) year after product use. These scans are necessary to demonstrate product effectiveness.
To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Care Team to determine your eligibility. If you are within the money-back guarantee period, you will receive shipping instructions for your return. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning the Product(s). Your refund will be processed once your returned Product(s) has arrived at our shipping facility.
