I have used this brand for 7 years. I began after having been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have my doctor order a DEXA scan every year and have seen improvement with each. Today, I have normal bones. Last April, I had a total hip replacement due to cartridge loss. My orthopedic surgeon said that I have excellent bones. I also take extra D3, K2, and Magnesium. It might seem like a long time to get to normal, but I took more than 7 years to lose the bone mass from the onset of menopause. It takes dedication, time and financial cost, but it is worth knowing that a fall will not result in broken bones.
